Just shy of 350 calories these nutritional protein pancakes are the best way to start the day. 😋 Topped with berries and drizzled with honey 🍯 - 1 banana, mashed but still slightly chunky - 2 eggs, scrambled - 1 scoop (30g) of protein powder
For a light sweetener add vanilla essence and 1 teaspoon of rice malt syrup. Then lightly cook it in some butter.
End result = fluffy healthy pancakes!
